Located on Cobrago Street in Quaama, the Quaama School of Arts Hall has been a cherished part of the community since it first opened in 1902. This heritage-listed building, operated by the Bega Valley Shire Council, has served as a vibrant hub for local gatherings, creative events, and private celebrations for more than a century.
When it came time for a re-roof, preserving the hall’s historic character was a top priority. We used Colorbond® Steel, chosen for its proven durability, longevity, and weather resistance, ensuring the building can continue to host community events for generations to come.
The chosen colour, a manor red, beautifully complements the existing tones of the building and the surrounding landscape, maintaining its classic charm while providing modern protection.
As a locally owned and operated business, we take pride in giving back to the community that supports us. Projects like this allow us to help preserve important local landmarks while ensuring they remain safe, functional, and loved by future generations.

Testimonial:
On behalf of the Quaama of the president and the members of the Quaama School of Arts Committee I am writing to thank you for the fine job you and your employees did on the Quaama Hall. The committee was extremely pleased with the smooth way in which all your work was undertaken and delighted with the pleasant and efficient way in which you all related to the task as well as engaged with all the various members of the committee who popped by to keep updated with the progress. Thank you for returning at a separate time to remount the restored vents. The hall looks wonderful with its new roof and has drawn many positive comments from the people of Quaama. We wish you well.
